Here at Town & Country Auto we have a centralized call center that takes all of our incoming phone calls. We have several counterman dedicated to helping our customers find the right parts at the right prices. If we do not have the product in our facilities we will source local warehouses to get you what you need! As we say "If we do not have it, we will go get it." Having this mind set we are able to provide our customers with excellent customer service even in those hard-to-find parts situations.
Our Call Center personnel have well over 185 years of combined automotive knowledge, experience and know-how. Each of our countermen has accessibility to their own dedicated PC terminal, multi-line phone, high-speed internet as well as online catalogs. Having their own work stations allows for them to better serve each of our customers and provide quick accurate part look-ups.
